I installed VTune Performance Analyzer 9.0 Build:991 in my WINDOWS PC, the pc use Intel CORE2 CPU 6300 CPU.
Then installed the PTU 3.1.
But when I run PTU to test my program, the test cann't be done and show " Driver initialization failed" error.
error logs:
Driver initialization failed
Stop request has been processed..
How to fix the problem? Can anybody give me any clue?

I suspect that vtune is installing its driver on reboot of the machine..and PTU is not...or you have not reinstalled the PTU driver, after a reboot. The vtune drivers may, or more likely, may not be compatible. You must reinstall the PTU driver each time you reboot the machine..on linux this will require uninstalling the vtune driver first (rmmod-vtune), folliowed by installing the vtune driver (insmod-vtune..) both are in the vdk directory..
