Does the commercial free license only apply to the Linux versions of MKL? I am integrating the MKL libraries into the next version of ScienceMark and I want to know if there is a concern with obtaining a license there.

If you are refering to the "non commericial" license, it is only available for Linux.you can read the non-commercial FAQ at http://www.intel.com/software/products/noncom/faq.htm
