8.1 compilers for IA32 available?

Can anyone verify this: 8.1 C++ and Fortran compilers for IA32 (Not for EM64T) that will include intel debugger idb with parallel (MPI) debugging features enabled are not yet available?

From the C release notes:

Debugging massively parallel processing (MPP) applications
Debugging MPI-1 applications compiled with mpich is supported to the extent described in the idb manual (Chapter 19).
