Hello! On this page filed "State" is required. I live outside the US and don't know how to fill this filed. Also i can't understand field "Location(place of residence): *" - this means country?

Hi Dmitry,

If your country does not use 'State', then you may put 'N/A' in the field or you can also repeat the name of your city.
For the Location, you need to put the name of your Country.
