Only approved and validated applications appear on the Intel AppUp(SM) Center. If you have not published any application yet but wish to test the application from the store, you can beta test the application.

I would also add that there is a very concise resource section at the bottom of every page titles "Quick Links". This contains articles, blog posts and documentation on the AppUp SDK. You may also wish to visit http://www.appup.com to learn more about the AppUp client. If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to ask.
