Re-installing 10.3, license file invalid

I'm trying to re-install MKL version 10.3. Since our subscription expired in January, I cannot simply put in the serial number I was given, so I tried using the license file I was sent when we purchased it, but I'm told it's invalid. I'm in a bind now, must get this re-installed.

Hello,
I sent the regenerated license file to your account. Please re-check if it works. since the license file is for MKL 10.3, and you are trying install the same product, it should work for you.
