can't find intel MKL's FFTW library ?

Dear all,

  I just received my Composer XE 2013. I loaded much older projects already compiled with intel compiler + MKL (3 years ago), update the path for includes and linkings, and I can't find the:

fftw2xc_intel.lib

Is it located somewhere new ? May I install something specific to have this ?

The source files and a makefile are provided in <mkl_directory>/examples/fftw2xf.
