What is your edition of Visual Studio 2010?

Here are a couple of notes:

- Take a look at Release Notes for Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011 to verify that Fortran can be integrated with Visual Studio 2010 [ Your ] Edition
- Take a look at all menu items created by the installer in: Start -> Programs -> Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011 -> etc
- I know that in case of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 a compiler for Fortran is integrated with Visual Studio 2010 Shell ( it works on my computer ) and it is not integrated with Visual Studio 2010 Express Edition

Samira provided me with additional information ( including a screenshot ) and my conclusion is as follows:
...
This is Not an Error and this is a Warning. Your CPU ( Intel Core i5-3210M ) doesn't support Hardware Event-Based sampling and some functionality won't be available.

Hello,

The drivers for Hardware Event-based Sampling (EBS) data collection and Power analysis require a genuine Intel processor and a non-virtual OS! They are only installed if the installation process was run as super-user (or permissions have been elevated to install drivers into the system).

If you don't use EBS from Intel(R) VTune(TM) Amplifier XE, it can be ignored.

Best regards,
