Where can I find my serial number?
All Intel® Software Development Products have the following format:
XXXX-YYYYYYYY
All Intel® Software Development Products have a unique Intel serial number. To find your Intel® Software serial number for products you have registered follow Steps 1 to Step 3 mentioned in the bottom of this article.
For products you haven't registered, follow the appropriate instructions below for the type of products purchased:

How do I upgrade from an evaluation to a full commercial version (single-user or floating)?

Do I need to reinstall the purchased product if I have the evaluation copy of the product installed?
If you have the evaluation copy of the product installed, it is not mandatory to reinstall the purchased product. [Except for Vtune Performance Analyzer]. Reinstallation is required only if you want to use a different version of the product.
Replace the purchased license file to the default system directory where the product was installed.
