I've set only two compatible items for my program - http://www.appup.com/applications/applications-Audiobook+Player+for+Netbooks - Windows XP and Windows 7 (yes, I actually tested my software on them!), then someone (from validation team?) added also Moblin to supported operating systems. Is my Windows program really compatible with this Linux-like system? Do you mean that it is runnable via an emulator similar to well-known WINE? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Guys, Having struggled for the best part of a week, I finally found a way I could keep my sanity and get some things running on MeeGo 1.1. I was so happy to crack the case I decided to make a video of the process so others would not have to go through the same horror. The video is now on youtube, and can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=8192573935652B52 For more news on my MeeGo exploits, you can check out my twitter feed at: leebambertgc Also watch out for a MeeGo article on how we converted the AppUp winning game Goals to MeeGo in less than a week ;)

when I boot the meego OS, I got the following error log about xorg, can anybody help me? This is a pre-release version of the X server from The X.Org Foundation. It is not supported in any way. Bugs may be filed in the bugzilla at http://bugs.freedesktop.org/. Select the "xorg" product for bugs you find in this release. Before reporting bugs in pre-release versions please check the latest version in the X.Org Foundation git repository. See http://wiki.x.org/wiki/GitPage for git access instructions. Hi, I am developing an application for Moblin in Ubuntu operating system. My application works fine in Ubuntu but when I try to run the same application in Moblin, I face a problem due to the older version of Webkit in Moblin. The problem is, I get a coredump error on selecting few of the words in my app (Dictionary app). The Webkit version that I am using in Ubuntu is 1.2.0 and Webkit version in Moblin is 1.1.10.
Hi Guys, I've got a question from one of my ISV'S:
I found this and had to share, I am a proponent of virtualized testing when it comes to AppUp development: http://www.99bits.com/2010/09/how-to-install-meego-on-virtualbox/
I know someone can make this happen just need to be pointed in the right direction, Is there anyway I can get the meego tablet image to play around with, or I may can wait to its released to everyone if it will be within a couple of weeks. Anyone that has the means or a possible answer to this question please HELP.
Hi, Do we have component support for Moblin AppUp(SM) ? If not any idea about the time frame? ~Praveen.R
