Phoenix Lee Section Manager Networks and Multimedia Institute Moblin Enabling Center Institute for Information Industry Phoenix Lee is section manager of Moblin Enabling Center (MEC) for III. She is responsible for enabling Moblin ecosystem and strengthening partnership with Intel. MEC is a Taiwan Government sponsored program with technical and marketing support from Intel. MEC focuses on Moblin key technologies research and development, and the ecosystem enabling. Moblin is an open source project focused on building a Linux-based platform optimized for the next generation of mobile devices including Netbooks, Mobile Internet Devices, and In-vehicle infotainment systems. Previously, Lee was project manager of many Taiwan Government sponsored projects, including establishing Advanced Operational Aviation Weather System for Taiwan Civil Aeronautics Administration which is a Linux-based total solution for aviation users. Lee is an American Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional since 2004.
