Introducing Intel® Software Network TV, our new interactive TV channel on the web. You can watch live as well as on-demand shows 24/7, see live special event coverage, and take a peek ‘behind the scenes.' Drop in to the online chat during a live show and say ‘Hi.' We're kicking off with a lineup of regular live shows on Multi-Core and Parallel Programming, Visual Computing, and Teaching Parallelism, and we've got some new show ideas in the pipeline for later this year.

You can watch any time at http://intel.com/software/tv - if we're live, you'll see the live show. If not, you'll see encore presentations of past shows, or you can browse the On Demand section to catch up on episodes you might have missed.

Mark your calendars! Intel Software Network TV goes On the Air on Tuesday, June 9th, 2009 at 8AM Pacific. Here's the launch day lineup, featuring our regular shows, and some special guests:

Parallel Programming Talk, Every Tuesday at 8AM Pacific
Join hosts Aaron Tersteeg and Dr. Clay Breshears every Tuesday as they continue their wildly successful talk show on all things parallel and multi-core. On June 9th, Aaron and Clay will chat with special guest David Patterson of UC Berkeley and UPCRC about the challenges developers face in Parallel Computing today.

Visualize This! Every Other Tuesday at 2:30PM Pacific
Intel Software Network's own Visual Computing Community Managers, Steve Pitzel and Arti Gupta, show you what's new and exciting in the world of graphics, animation, and gaming. On June 9, Steve Pitzel will walk you through the new Artists/Animators community area on Intel Software Network, and show off the resources available there.

Teach Parallel, Every Other Tuesday at 10AM Pacific
Join hosts Paul Steinberg and Professor Tom Murphy of Contra Costa College as they tackle the challenges of teaching Parallel Programming in academia and computer science.
