At this point the source release for the Intel Cilk Plus runtime does not includethe Windows-specific sources. When we did the initial source release, the focus was on the Linux side and we haven't revisited the issue.
If we update the release to include all of the Windows-specific sources, we'll consider includinga Visual Studio project file.
