i took a look but i did not inderstand i asking if the code for exemple LMTART is not formalized with MPI how I can formalize this code with MPI please help me I am working in linux system

If you don't find a version of this application which is set up for parallel processing, undertaking MPI would be a formidable step. Even application of OpenMP (for which there are more conversion tools, including Intel Parallel Studio) may keep you busy for a while, and should not be wasted effort should you wish to add MPI later.
