Can someone inform me of a good resource for information on SSE2?
Are there any good books published on SSE2? I saw the promotion of 'The Software Optimization Cookbook' does this include SSE2?
I checked the intel web site but could not find anything but code examples, is there a document that describes how to use SSE2 for beginers to expert programmers?

You can check the Amazon.com web site for books, however in my opinion, the best resource is the web, you can get all the information you want and more importantly, it is current.
