Hi, An error was reported while installing the Intel AppUp center-windows-installer on Windows 7. The screen shot of the same error is attached. Any suggestions? OK !looks like Screen shot can not be uploaded. The Error show a message "Can not start due to incompatibility. Please contact the vendor for an update"

Try to download the installer file again ?
I've installed the new version AppUp Center Client successfully a few days ago.

Hello Jayant,

which version of Windows 7 (x86/x64 and which edition) are you using?

I don't know if the AppUp client works on all of them.

Mine is Windows 7 X64 Ultimate SP1 (Traditional Chinese).

Hello Andreas,
The version is Windows 7 X64 with SP1. The party tried installing the app 3 -4 times. Will try to get the System Information.In case there is any update on the issue please share it.
