A query about any news or infomation on the availability of the Physics & Animation SDK for WP8 development, 

Any information would be greatfully appreciated.

The only Havok SDKs that are publicly available are for win32. If you're interested in evaluating Physics and Animation on another platform, I encourage you to talk to Havok sales via http://www.havok.com/havok-sales

They were the ones to send me here in regards to the WP8 specific SDKs. Ah well looks like I have to wait / win the lottery :) thank you for your time.
