For now, you can get them from this blog.  As we are busily updating our manageability site with Intel® AMT 6.0 content, we were able to get a hold of the latest High Level API package as well.  This drop does not have any new features from the old drop, but it has been validated.  I did not notice, when we put it out there that the documentation folder was gone.  We will be adding the docs to the package, but meanwhile, I will add them to this blog.
