如何发表一篇博客？
看上去非常简单的一个问题，可是我折腾了一个多月才搞定，原因很多，不过现在终于可以发表成功了！为了能够让其他网友避免不必要的麻烦，我这里简单的介绍一下如何才能够成功完成一篇博客的发表？对于已经有经验的网友，请跳过此博文。
博客发表步骤：
1）打开IE浏览器，输入http://software.intel.com/zh-cn/blogs/，然后在显示的页面上点击“立即发表”按钮，如图1所示。
