Très franchement, pour soumettre une application C++ pour Windows* dans AppUp, le meilleur choix d’outil est Microsoft Visual Studio* 2008 or 2010 Professional édition. Ce n’est pas donné, mais il y a au moins deux bons raisons pour ce choix :
