Probably that won't ever happen, because by intel's sample code it wouldn't work therefore they won't do that kind of test.

have the same name, but there is no requirement on this behavior, we
will not test it. "
Actually it's right that the given code
sample will not take into account the repeated sequence name.
But it's not logic for me that the
deferent files have to be care about the sequence name. That is the
reason I asked. to confirm and state the issue.
