An ISV has purchased IPP and has a query on Dolby AC3. Here is what he says
"we have integrated Dolby AC3 audio decoder implementation that come with your IPP libraries in one of products. This product is already in the market and AC3 implementation from IPP libraries is part of this product. We have purchased IPP libraries from one of your resellers.

The question is whether we need to do any form of licensing with Dolby for AC3 since we have purchased this from Intel?"

Please help in resolve this query for the ISV.
