I have a system which has the Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family. The secondary display on this system can either be TV or VGA. How can I programmaticallly determine whether the TV is being used or the VGA is being used. Is there a setting in the Windows registry which has this information.

Another question: Is it possible to turn off the primary display and use the TV and VGA displays together?
