Florian,

Intel has not released a launch date for those varieties of the ATOM SDK. I do know that they are working hard to release them as soon as possible. Keep an eye on this page for updates: http://appdeveloper.intel.com/en-us/develop

Indeed, the more languages ATOM supports the larger the community. Best of luck.

If you consider Flash as AIR then as of today we support all 3. .NET, Java & AIR are supported http://appdeveloper.intel.com/sdk
