Hi,

I need to remotely activate my license for Intel XE, but it was already installed to my computer with a trial license. I have the actual license file, so is there any way to activate the software without the need to reinstall? I also can not connect to the internet with this computer, so that way of activating is also out of the question.

On Windows, you can copy your license file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Licenses, while on Linux you can use /opt/intel/licenses (depending on your target installation directory). Then start / restart Parallel Studio XE.
