I installed latest updates from Parallel Studio(update2) 25.03.2011

If I compile a CUDA project I get the old rules file error.

This error is known since december 2010. I'm wondering why the patch is not included in Parallel Studio.
@INTEL can you please proof if the patch is included in Package ID: composer_2011.063
