Problem with downloading the Digital Edition books..

Hello,

I have bought two books
1) Beyond BIOS
2) Harnessing the UEFI Shell

When I try to download the Digital Edition by providing the Serial number, I get a a wiered IIS error page.

Can someone help me out in getting the Digital Edition of above two books? Please send me a mail if you need to know the serial number of the books OR location from where it was bought etc....

Thanks a lot for the reply and the mail id.

Unfortunately, I have to say that, I did send a mail some time last week asking help. Did not get any response from intelpress@intel.com

Any way I have sent one more mail with all the details like Serial Number of the book etc to the same mail id.

I'm sorry, Ananth. I don't know why they didn't respond. I have contacted them internally for you. Let me know if they don't respond in 48 hours or so.
