P.S. ifthe machinewas used for a while already probably it needs to be cleaned from dust for effective cooling.

My laptop is 2 months old and it's already full of dust. If you use your laptop alot ( like 6-10hours/day ) do a clean up every 3 months.

The temperature depends the kind of application are you use. For example, database, movie creator, development enviroment...

...if you is a developer, try to reduce the number of the loop and call of method, becouse it's consume more CPU cycle.
