Several of our MTLusershavehadproblems accessing the LinuxMTL by usingone of thesuggested VPN client(s), either they are unable to log-in (with tunnel time-outs)or using VPN severely restricts their usage.

This being the case, the suggested approach is to provide your IP address to: intel_mtl@intel.com for a direct connection.

If you don't know your IP address, we have found that thislink (http://whatismyipaddress.com)can easilyobtain said address.

Note: direct access is only available for the Linux MTL, Windows MTL access is ONLY availablewith VPN.
