9.0.029 Windows IA32 compiler "pchi memory conflict"

When compiling with the latest IA32 release under VC 6 I am getting an warning message 667 from the compiler

"Memory usage conflict with precompiled header file xxx.pchi"

And the compiler appears to just ignore the PCH.

The .028 release did not have this problem

I just downgraded to 9.0.028 and the problem went away. Looks like a bug introduced in .029 release of the compiler.
