I am getting the same message ("Application could not be submitted for validation.") when I submit an application! Its status says "Draft". I tried 3 times but no change! Please help.

Try to change application version and upload .msi again - this helps in my case.

Just changed the version from 1.0 to 1.0.1, and went through the steps one more time, but at the end I get the same message unfortunately!
