Reuploading Installer while Validation

Hi, is it possible to upload an updated installer while Validation? I forgot a licence.txt and had an uninstaller shortcut in the shortcut table which is not allowed. I made a new MSI package ready to upload. What can I do now? Wait two weeks for a reject and then resubmit?
