Is it possible to customize the default project properties/settings?

PS: The 'Export Template' utility in VS, which according to the VS documentation should be able to do this, is not functioning in VS2012

Sorry, we don't support that function. Back in the CVF days we had a "save Fortran environment" feature that could do this, but Intel Fortran doesn't have it. I'll file a feature request on your behalf.
