There is no umc_fio_reader.h in intel ipp 7.1 samples

There is no umc_fio_reader.h in intel ipp 7.1 samples

I have checked the intel ipp samples for intel ipp 7.1 and there is no umc_fio_reader.h in the whole folder structure.However the umc documentation does use this header file.I can't understand the point of using this header file.

Please help.
