Loan a camera program in Perceptual Computing Challenge

I have entered in Perceptual Computing Challenge and also request Camera for 60 days via Loan a Camera Program, my request accepted which say that "You will get Camera within 7-10 days". Now more than 18 days passed but no camera received and no one answer from icla.admin@gameagency.com (I got acknowledgement previoulsy with this mail address for camera )  or any where else. This is very bad response from Game Agency via with Intel organizing Perceptual Computing Challenge. I am really disappoint with Intel.
