A license owner can transfer a named user license (single user license) to a different person with the same email domain via the Manage tool in the Intel® Registration Center. The steps to transfer a license are described below.

When you purchase a license for an Intel® Software Development Product, you are entitled to the latest version of your product, as well as any new versions which are released during your license period. When your subscription expires, you are "locked in" to the last version which released during the period, and you are limited in terms of support. A renewal license allows you to extend your support window and provides you with an upgrade path for new versions, premier technical support, and associated resources.
A "named user license" (single user license) does not need an Intel® FLEXlm* License manager install. Only floating licenses and node locked licenses need an Intel® FLEXlm* License manager.
