Can we use .Net components available in toolbox in VS2008 pro. to develop applications.If not then what should I use in order to get advanced GUI.

Yah you Can use .Net Components by giving VS2008 to develop new applications. Thats more than enough.

Hello All,
please separate between what is technically possible and what the IADP currently supports.
If you submit software which needs the .NET Runtime you might not pass validation.
Officially supported is only pure C/C++ software.
