Recent MKL releases (10.3.4 through 11.0.1) support Ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04. This information can be found in Intel MKL 11.0 System Requirements.

Any idea on the stability of the latest version 11.0.1 with the latest version of Ubuntu 12.04?
