severe(157): Program Exception - access violation

My optimized exe file runs fine, but when compiled under the debug settings, I am getting severe(157): Program Exception - access violation.

I have attached a screen shot fo the error.

Don´t run the program, debug the project and then the debugger should stop at the line, where the access violation happens.
