It was already mentioned by TimP that only version 8.1 ( Updates 29 EMT64T and 38 ) and newer are available for download.
PS:
For everybody else who didn't read an original thread about Intel C++ compiler 8.1 please take a look at: http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/353607 and article: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product.
And one more thing regarding bugs with older versions Intel C++ compiler: Don't expect any fixes and you will need to workaround if something doesn't work, fails, breaks, etc.

That's correct (what Sergey mentioned). The only version that's possible to download from older versions link is 8.X onwards.....
