Can't connect VPN: "Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding."

Hi, dear MTL admins!
One of our Russian Acceler8 contest participants (his name is Henessy Pattersson) reporting that he can't connect to the MTL VPN via Cisco VPN Client, cause he's getting the following error: "Connection terminated.Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding." He said that he used these settings: I've personally tried to connect and succeded. Can you please help him?

I'm have that trouble on Win7 Home Basic,
tried on Win7 Ultimate, but see the same message.

I suspect that outgoing VPN is not enabled from your location - are you able to VPN to another server from your location (i.e. not to the MTL)?

Yes, I have the other VPN connections. They work propertly.
