You can use a Web3D creation tool, which is a application that assists a content creator to create 3D content or automatically generates Web3D content.
There are too many software to be listed here, but if you use your favorite search engine, you should come up with links to many vendors providing free, shareware, or pay-ware products.

Welcome to the forum dividebyzero. I would also recommend asking your question in the CAD-3D for Games forum.
