My Dashboard Expand Link

When I click the 'Expand' link (button) in My Dashboard it expands, and another link/button expands to the left that says "Currently submitted for validation". If you click the "link" it appears to be dead. Is this the proper behavior? Or should that "link" go anywhere?

yes, I also noticed this "link" already, but I guess that's only a kind of info message that is not clickable.

But why Intel is displaying this message as a "link" without function is indeed a good question. ;-)
