Hi, I am unable to access the Encapsulator. When I am trying to access it, I am getting following error "Access denied You are not authorized to access this page". May I know when we get this kind of error? Thanks

Hello,

I justed tested the page and it appears to be working fine for me.
Please can you try to sign-out from the developer program then sign-in again and then try.
If it still does not work, can you clear the cache/cookies of your browser and try again. Alternatively, you can try on a different browser (if possible), to see if you are getting the same behaviour.

Let me know how it goes and do not hesitate to let us know if the issue remains.
