Issue with registering a license key

Good morning,

I am having an issue trying to retrieve a download for Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011 (for Windows), When I attempt to register our serial number - which as far as I am aware has not been used yet - I receive the following message:

Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error, visit our Support Site.

Could anyone assist with getting my license key registered to me?

Nick,
The person who registered this serial number can transfer the license to you if you are on the same email domain. Please follow the instruction at http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/transfer-a-single-user-license-to-another-user-or-email-address . If you do not know this person, let me know the serial number by giving me a reply via the 'Send Author A Message' link (to protect confidential data).
