Since taking over the role of community manager, we’ve made a few changes to the community that I hope you like. The first is that we’ve given the homepage a face-lift. We tried to make it a little more pleasing to the eye plus make it easier for you to find what you need as quickly as possible. Hopefully you’ve noticed that our Black Belts are being highlighted and recognized on the page. If all the rewards and accolades for becoming a Black Belt weren’t enough, now you have the extra incentive of having your picture on the community homepage! My formula for success
As many of you already know, I work in the innovation part of Intel. There are many such places at Intel and I don't work at the Intel Labs per-say, but at an innovation and path finding group at Intel. Throughout my career, I have had to make decisions on what to work on and what to skip. In my view, there are plenty of good ideas area, just too many to work on. So, you find yourself on a thread and follow it. Because I spend most of my time coding and not in meetings, I tend to have a very pragmatic view on things.
