Key Features and Benefits:
SECURITY Mitigates the threat of one decrypted common account password leading to peer-level network access, and prevents unauthorized access to privileged accounts. Strictly delegating and auditing all password management operations ensures that IT has tight control over access to sensitive corporate data, preventing costly breaches.
PRODUCTIVITY Reduces account lockouts and cascading systems failures following credentials changes by auto discovering every place a password is used.
COMPLIANCE Helps achieve successful regulatory compliance audits by regularly updating all privileged account passwords, logging all operations, and ensuring strict, audited controls over who can access restricted systems. Reports can be provided to security auditors to verify compliance with regulatory mandates.
SCALABILITY Deploys rapidly to the enterprise by using a SQL Server architecture without requiring scripts, relying on customer hardware, or modifying existing systems.

Detailed Product Description Enterprise Random Password Manager automatically discovers, updates, stores and recovers privileged account passwords. It regularly creates unique, complex local, domain, and process passwords for each account in the enterprise. It then propagates the password changes to all of the services, tasks, and applications that reference those credentials. By regularly updating domain-level process, service-account, and local-account passwords, Enterprise Random Password Manager ensures organizations that no two systems have identical account credentials, and that current security best practices and regulatory compliance initiatives are met. And by automatically discovering and updating every object that references these passwords, account lockouts caused when applications or other unknown items persist in using obsolete credentials are reduced. Subsequent system failures and time-intensive and unpredictable manual processes are also significantly minimized. A delegated web interface allows authorized users to temporarily retrieve current passwords stored in an AES-256 encrypted, SQL Server data vault. Optional hardware-based encryption at FIPS 140-2 levels 2 and 3 is also offered. Enterprise Random Password Manager supports Windows, Linux, UNIX, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Cisco IOS accounts, and logs all password operations, including changes, recoveries, and logons.
