My new app '4 Toddler' has been rejected with reason "ILU03 - Application launch". Description: "en-us - Application does not launch from AppUp and a "Application is not authorized for execution on this computer. Code(9)" message is displayed" Code 9 means - ADP_TIMEOUT (Operation failed because the connection between the SDK and the Intel AppUPSM center Consumer Client timed out). I think what this is not a problem of my application.
