The only Havok SDKs that are publicly available are for win32. If you're interested in evaluating Physics and Animation on another platform, I encourage you to talk to Havok sales via http://www.havok.com/havok-sales

They were the ones to send me here in regards to the WP8 specific SDKs. Ah well looks like I have to wait / win the lottery :) thank you for your time.
