Как я и предполагал, минувшие выходные прошли под знаком апгрейда. Учитывая, что в системе должен был появиться архипрожорливый Radeon 4870x2, который под нагрузкой кушает примерно 260 Вт, пришлось поменять блок питания. Два с лишним года у меня стоял 400-ваттный экземпляр производства Delta, и, останься я на Core 2, его бы хватило и с новой видеокартой. Увы, Core i7 на пике кушает довольно много (еще бы, такая мощь!), и в связке с Radeon'ом ему бы понадобилось около 500 Ватт.
